  I bought my tractor last year at Bader and Sons for the services. I could have bought it at Lowes but I didn't.
  Sales (Zak) - 5 stars .
  Deliveryman and Pickup and Delivery for services - 5 stars
  Suggested customer service tips for the scheduler:
  When the man in Portland intercepted the calls the morning the phones went out and said my tractor was done and being washed and would be delivered that afternoon, the response should have been "I will make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else" not "I don't know why he said that. We haven't started on yours yet."
  Instead of "I can't believe someone told you it would be done by this date" how about "I'm sorry for your inconvenience. Since yours was scheduled, we became very busy and the projected time changed." And I didn't need to hear "I'm fielding calls from 10 other people!"
  I now have it back and it runs great. My comments are meant to show there is room for improvement after the sale.
